The Bays lives up to its name with two interconnected warehouse spaces that flow together across 700 square metres of polished concrete and original red brick. We've kept the steel columns and exposed beams from the 1920s, but added colour-changing lighting that transforms the atmosphere from corporate conference blue to party purple at the touch of a button. Your guests enter through our pre-function area where the feature bar becomes a natural gathering point. We find this works brilliantly for registration desks during conferences or champagne receptions before dinner. The main space opens up beyond, where 400 people can move freely for drinks receptions, or we can set tables for 300 in theatre style, 190 for seated dinners, or 140 in cabaret format. Our technical setup runs throughout The Bays, with multiple projection points, screens that drop from the ceiling beams, and a PA system that handles everything from CEO presentations to DJ sets. The staging modules configure into whatever layout works, whether that's a catwalk for fashion shows or tiered platforms for panel discussions. The industrial windows flood the space with natural light during daytime events, while after dark, our lighting rig creates completely different moods. We've hosted product launches where cars drive straight into the space, awards ceremonies with full production values, and celebration parties that run until our 1am licence. Getting here couldn't be easier with Old Trafford's transport links nearby. Our kitchen team prepares everything on-site, from working lunches to five-course dinners, with halal, vegan and gluten-free options always available. The adjoining spaces mean you can run breakout sessions, exhibition stands, or separate your dining and dancing areas, while maintaining that warehouse atmosphere throughout. The exposed brick walls make an incredible backdrop for brand projections, and the concrete floors mean no restrictions on what you can bring in.
