Step through the gates of Sanctum on the Green and you'll find our entire 17th-century coach house becomes your personal celebration space. We've been hosting parties in these historic walls for years, and there's something magical about having exclusive run of our restaurant, bar, gardens and pool area for your event. The Private and Exclusive Hire option transforms every corner of our property into your own private venue. Our restaurant, with its original beamed ceilings and warm brickwork, seats 20 for intimate dinners where conversations flow as easily as the wine. When your party grows larger, we open up the bar and outdoor spaces to welcome up to 120 guests for drinks receptions that spill naturally from inside to out. Our heated pool becomes the centerpiece of summer celebrations between April and October. We've watched countless parties unfold poolside, guests gathering under our large umbrellas with drinks in hand while the evening sun catches the water. The landscaped gardens wrap around the property, creating different zones where your guests can discover quiet corners for conversation or join the main celebration on the lawns. The private courtyard and conservatory work beautifully for drinks receptions, especially as daylight fades and the glass walls glow with warm interior lighting. Our kitchen team crafts menus specifically for your event, from poolside canapés to full dining experiences featuring our signature dishes. The bar stocks local gins alongside our carefully chosen wine list, ensuring drinks match the quality of the food. Located on The Old Cricket Common with convenient transport links and on-site parking, we make arrival simple for all your guests. For those who want to extend the celebration, our ten individually designed bedrooms mean your closest friends and family can stay the night, turning your party into a proper house party experience.
