Maggie's first floor throws you straight into peak 1985 the second you climb the stairs. We've packed every inch with authentic '80s details, from the Rubik's Cube tables scattered around the room to entire walls plastered with real cassette tapes. The giant retro fish tank sits pride of place, and we've watched countless guests stop mid-conversation just to stare at it. Our dance floor takes centre stage under UV lights that make everything glow, while the DJ spins from inside an actual life-size Walkman booth. When those opening beats of "Take On Me" or "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" kick in, the whole room comes alive. We've arranged cozy booths around the edges, each one upholstered in bold geometric patterns that scream decade excess, giving groups somewhere to catch their breath between songs. The bar runs along one wall, bottles gleaming under neon strips, where our team mixes up piña coladas and daiquiris, sometimes served in those quirky Maggie-shaped vessels everyone wants to photograph. We fit 180 people comfortably up here, making it brilliant for milestone birthdays where you want all your mates together, or company parties where teams can properly let loose away from the office. Corporate groups book us for team celebrations, birthday parties go all out with fancy dress, and we've even had film crews use the space when they need that authentic retro backdrop. The whole first floor works perfectly for any bash where standard party venues just won't cut it. Being right on Fulham Road in Chelsea means everyone can get here easily, with plenty of transport options nearby. Just remember, everyone needs to be 21 or over with physical ID, and while our dress code stays smart casual, we absolutely encourage embracing the theme.
