Our Whole Venue puts the entire restaurant at your disposal, from the bar where our bartenders muddle fresh herbs for mezcal cocktails to the terrace where summer parties spill out over the marina views. The space wraps around you in deep greens and warm tan browns, with exposed brick walls that have witnessed countless toasts and milestone moments. Pendant lamps cast pools of light over plush booths and sleek chairs that we'll arrange however suits your gathering - whether that's 120 guests mingling with cocktails in hand, 80 seated for a feast, or 50 arranged theatre-style for presentations. The large windows frame the bobbing boats of St Katharine Docks marina, bringing natural light that shifts throughout your event. Your guests will feast on plates designed for sharing - sea bass with green mango, Lamb Barbacoa that pulls apart at the touch of a fork, and Iberico Pork Carnitas that disappear from tables faster than we can send them out. The Spicy Chocolate Doughnuts and Chocolate Habanero Tart arrive just when conversations need that extra spark. Our bar stocks tequilas and mezcals we've curated over two decades, plus organic and biodynamic wines from Latin regions. The integrated PA system carries speeches clearly across the room, while Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. We've made the space fully wheelchair accessible, including the restrooms. Tower Gateway Station sits just moments away, with Tower Hill providing additional transport links for guests arriving from across London.
