Book out both mini golf courses and turn the entire basement into your private playground. Our Full Venue hire gives you exclusive access to all of One Under Brighton, transforming our neon-lit space on East Street into whatever party you're dreaming up. You'll have two complete 9-hole courses at your disposal. The Ocean Course pulls you into an underwater world with marine-themed obstacles and glowing sea creatures painted across the walls, while Gamer's Paradise throws you back to the arcade era with Space Invaders lighting up the ceiling and retro gaming nostalgia at every turn. Your guests can split between courses, set up tournaments, or just play at their own pace while the cocktails flow. Our marble bar stretches the full length of the venue, where our bartenders will keep your group fuelled with cocktails that go well beyond the standard offerings. Between putts, people gravitate towards the shuffleboard table for quick challenges, or grab soft-serve from our ice cream machine, because who says you can't have dessert mid-party? The space works brilliantly for groups up to 150 people. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays where friends take over both courses for competitive rounds, to corporate parties where teams battle it out hole by hole. Hen parties love the photo opportunities against our neon murals, while stag groups often create their own tournament rules and penalties. With WiFi throughout and air conditioning keeping things comfortable, you can bring your own DJ to set the soundtrack, or let our house music keep the energy up. The LED lighting creates an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in Brighton, just a short walk from the beach.
