Three oak-panelled rooms stretch along County Hall's riverside, each offering those postcard views of Big Ben and Parliament that make guests reach for their phones before they've even hung up their coats. We've hosted everything from 50th birthday bashes to corporate Christmas parties here at The Riverside Rooms, and the space adapts brilliantly whether you're planning cocktails for 350 or a sit-down dinner for 150. The Parliament Room and Westminster Bridge Room form the heart of your celebration, both flooded with Thames-side light during afternoon parties or glowing with the reflected lights of Westminster come evening. These two main spaces flow into each other, creating natural movement for mingling guests. Between them sits the Knotts Library, a more intimate oak-lined room where we often set up the bar or create a quieter zone for conversation away from the dancing. Our parquet floors have seen decades of parties, and we know what works. The built-in PA system handles everything from background jazz to party DJs, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when the dance floor fills up. Our catering team prepares everything from elegant canapés to three-course dinners right here, accommodating halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements without fuss.
