On the second floor of the Hampshire Stand, we've watched countless guests stop mid-conversation, drawn to those panoramic views across the racecourse and Berkshire countryside. We can configure the space for 300 guests at standing receptions, or create intimate round-table settings for 260 at gala dinners. The two-tier design adds dimension to larger gatherings, corporate teams often use the different levels to create distinct networking zones during their events. For theatre-style presentations, we accommodate 300 comfortably, with sightlines that work from every seat. Our in-house catering team prepares everything from working lunches to five-course celebration dinners, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options standard in our repertoire. The alcohol licence runs until 23:00, though extensions are straightforward when your celebration needs more time. Modern touches include full air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout, and a PA system that handles everything from background music to keynote presentations.
