The Great Hall here spans 370 square meters beneath 13-meter-high ceilings painted with intricate designs that catch your eye every time you look up. Two crystal chandeliers hang from above, their light playing off the gold leaf detailing and marble columns that frame the space. We've watched countless events transform this room, from corporate award ceremonies where 260 guests dine beneath those painted ceilings to standing receptions for 400 where conversations echo off the oak floors. Seven tall windows run along the west wall, bringing Westminster's daylight into the hall throughout the day. The room sits at the heart of our building, connecting directly to the Telford Theatre and smaller breakout spaces, which works brilliantly when events need to flow between rooms. Parliament and Buckingham Palace are your neighbours here, with Westminster Station just a short walk away. Our production team has equipped the space with full AV capabilities and teleconferencing technology that handles everything from product launches to gala presentations. The acoustics work particularly well for speeches and performances, something we discovered through years of hosting different events. Our catering team prepares everything from formal dinners to cocktail receptions, with vegan and gluten-free options always available. The bar stays open until 11:00 PM, and we've made sure the entire space is wheelchair accessible. Corporate groups often book the Great Hall for conferences and award ceremonies, while social events range from wedding receptions to charity galas. The combination of historic architecture and modern technical facilities creates something rather special. Each event brings its own energy to these walls, but the grandeur of the space always shines through.
