The King George III Room carries the weight of history in its barrel-vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork, where period lanterns cast warm pools of light across solid oak floors. Named after the monarch's 1787 visit to The Brewery, this ground floor space transforms throughout the week, from corporate presentations on Tuesday afternoons to wedding receptions on Saturday nights. We've configured this room countless ways over the years. Corporate clients often choose theatre-style seating for 275 delegates, with our integrated PA system carrying presentations clearly to the back row. Wedding parties prefer banquet layouts for 500 guests, where the historic architecture becomes part of the celebration.
