Our Victorian dining room transforms into your personal pizzeria for the evening, where groups of 6-12 guests roll up their sleeves and discover the art of authentic Italian pizza-making. The space captures all the grandeur of George Street's architecture, with those magnificent high ceilings and period cornicing watching over your culinary adventures. The walls tell their own story through carefully curated photographs, while natural light pours through the front windows during afternoon sessions. Come evening, our modern lighting creates just the right ambiance as flour flies and laughter fills the air. We've arranged the space with both long communal tables for group activities and round tables for more intimate moments during your two-and-a-half-hour experience. Everything's set up for both our hands-on Pizza Experience and our Chef's Table option, where experimental Italian dining takes centre stage. Your group will work with proper pizza-making equipment while our chefs guide you through dough slinging, topping selection, and the satisfaction of pulling your creation from the oven. Between the flour-dusted fun, you'll enjoy plenty of food and fizz, with our bar serving until 1am. The practicalities work seamlessly too. We're moments from Waverley Station and Princes Street, making arrival simple for everyone.
