Below ground at Maya, the Dining Room wraps you in midnight blue velvet and gold accents, a proper Manchester hideaway that knows how to throw a party. We've taken what could have been just another basement and turned it into something special, with a showstopping central bar that practically glows against dark marble and mirrors that make the whole space feel twice its size. Those plush velvet chairs aren't just for looking at, they're where your 43 seated guests will settle in for dinner, or push them aside when you want all 100 of your mates dancing. The banquette tables run the length of the room, perfect for that long-table dinner party vibe or split them up for something more intimate. We've thought about the details too, proper air con that keeps things comfortable when the party heats up, a PA system that actually fills the space, and a projector for when someone inevitably wants to share embarrassing photos. The bar takes centre stage here, literally circled by golden shelving packed with spirits that catch the light from our pendant lamps.
