The Chestnut Marquee transforms beautifully for celebrations throughout the cricket season. We draped the entire interior with ivory fabric this year, creating those gentle curves across the ceiling that guests always comment on. The chandeliers catch the afternoon light streaming through our glass-fronted windows, which open directly onto the pitch-side balcony. Three hundred guests fit comfortably when we arrange the round tables for dinner service. Our events team sets each table with crisp white linens and those gold chairs everyone finds so comfortable, the cushioned seats proving particularly welcome during longer celebrations. Wedding parties love photographing against the backdrop of Worcester Cathedral, perfectly framed through our windows. Summer evenings bring their own magic here. We've watched countless couples share their first dance while the sun sets over the cricket ground, guests spilling onto the balcony with drinks from our private bar. The space works equally well for awards ceremonies, where we can configure the marquee theatre-style for 400 attendees, or create a more intimate cabaret layout for 200. Corporate celebrations often take advantage of our flexible setup. Last month, we hosted a product launch that used the full open space for exhibition stands before transforming into an elegant reception area. The natural light flooding through those windows creates the perfect atmosphere for daytime events, while evening gatherings benefit from our carefully positioned lighting. Our dedicated bar and seating area keeps everything flowing smoothly, whether you're hosting a charity gala or company anniversary. The marquee connects seamlessly to our main facilities, with full disabled access throughout and plenty of parking for all your guests.
