The Pier comes alive when your party takes over this wooden-framed space with its strings of lights creating patterns overhead. We've designed this area to hold up to 800 guests, with 600 inside under the timber beams and another 200 spilling out onto the private terrace where the London Eye frames every photo. Walking through your own dedicated entrance, you'll find everything runs independently here. Our bar keeps drinks flowing while the raised stage hosts whatever entertainment you've planned, from live bands using our full AV setup to DJs spinning from the built-in booth. The large screen works brilliantly for presentations during corporate events or adding visual elements to parties. Long communal wooden tables and benches fill the interior, encouraging that festival-style mingling we're known for. Eight different street food traders set up shop throughout The Pier, letting your guests grab Vietnamese bánh mì one moment and proper fish and chips the next. Every dietary requirement gets covered, with clearly marked vegan, gluten-free and Halal options at multiple stalls. The photo booth captures groups against the riverside backdrop while our sound engineer ensures the acoustics work whether you're making speeches or cranking up the music. Summer events happen with the sides open to catch the Thames breeze, while winter sees us transform the space with heating throughout and festive decorations strung between the wooden posts. Corporate celebrations, product launches, team parties, Christmas gatherings, each event shapes differently in this adaptable space. Our security team manages the flow while bar staff handle the six service points, keeping queues short even at capacity. Waterloo Station sits just minutes away on foot, with Embankment and Westminster equally close for your guests arriving from different directions.
