The Palace Suites transform into whatever you imagine for your special day. Our pillar-free design means every one of your 600 banquet guests enjoys clear sightlines to the top table, while our colour-changing lighting system shifts from soft champagne tones during dinner to vibrant hues when dancing begins. The magnificent chandelier overhead catches the light beautifully in wedding photographs, creating that sparkle you see in the best reception images. We know wedding planning involves countless decisions, which is why our space adapts so easily. The main suite flows naturally into our pre-function area where guests gather for welcome drinks before the ceremony or evening cocktails between courses. Our connecting lobby bar keeps the celebration contained on one floor, so elderly relatives won't need to navigate stairs and your wedding party stays together throughout the day. Your guests arrive through our private High Street Kensington entrance, giving your wedding its own dedicated access away from hotel traffic. Being the only event on this floor means your celebration remains completely private, with no chance of business conferences or other functions disrupting your day. For larger weddings, we can accommodate up to 800 guests for evening receptions when you open up the dancefloor. Our location beside Hyde Park offers stunning photo opportunities just steps away, while relatives traveling from abroad appreciate how easily they reach us from Heathrow. The Palace Suites work equally well for traditional ceremonies, contemporary celebrations, or fusion weddings bringing together different cultures. We configure the space to match your vision, whether that's long banquet tables for 600, round tables for a more intimate feel, or theatre-style seating for 550 during your ceremony.
