The red velvet banquettes curve around our circular tables like theatre boxes, each one creating its own private world within The Restaurant. We've watched countless celebrations unfold in these intimate spaces, from milestone birthdays where champagne toasts echo off the arched mirrors to corporate dinners where deals are sealed over our chef's signature dishes. The room transforms throughout the evening. During dinner service, table lamps cast pools of warm light across crisp white linens while our bartenders craft cocktails against the backlit display of premium spirits. Those arched mirrors we're particularly proud of, they multiply the glow from our signature chandelier, making the space feel both grand and intimate. Fresh florals arrive daily, chosen to complement the deep reds and golds that define the room. We can seat 60 for a formal dinner, though we've discovered the space works beautifully for different configurations. Some groups prefer the traditional banquet setup, while others ask us to arrange smaller tables for a more fluid evening. When clients want something less formal, we open up the space for standing receptions, accommodating up to 120 guests who naturally drift between the bar and dining areas. Our kitchen team, led by our award-winning chef, creates menus that match the occasion. We've served everything from seven-course tasting menus for product launches to relaxed sharing platters for birthday gatherings. The bar becomes a natural gathering point before dinner, where guests often linger over pre-dinner cocktails while taking in the Mayfair atmosphere. The Palm Beach chandelier remains our showpiece, visible from every seat, shifting from daylight elegance to evening drama. Many event organisers tell us it's this combination of classic luxury and contemporary energy that brings them back.
