Step into Old Bengal Bar and you'll find yourself surrounded by original 18th-century brickwork that tells stories of London's warehouse past. We've kept the exposed brick and added floor-to-ceiling mirrors that double the warmth of our copper lighting, creating an atmosphere that works equally well for corporate celebrations or milestone birthdays. Our bar stretches along one wall, backed by hundreds of bottles that catch the light. The leather banquettes and polished wooden tables give your guests comfortable spots to settle in with cocktails, while leaving plenty of room for mingling. When you book the entire space, you're getting exclusive use for up to 250 guests at a standing reception. The real surprise comes when you step through to our secluded courtyard. Protected by the original warehouse walls, this outdoor space becomes magical after dark with its canopy of lights threading through the greenery. During summer parties, guests naturally flow between the indoor bar and this sheltered terrace, cocktails in hand. We're tucked away on New Street, just a short walk from Liverpool Street station, making it easy for guests coming from across London or beyond. The Josper-grilled aromas from New Street Grill next door often drift over, and many groups choose to combine both venues for dinner and drinks. Our events team has hosted everything from product launches to engagement parties in this space. They'll work with you on every detail, whether that's arranging specific cocktail menus, bringing in entertainment, or completely transforming the look with flowers and themed décor. The warehouse bones of the building mean we can adapt to almost any vision you have for your celebration, from keeping things industrial and raw to creating something completely unexpected within these historic walls.
