Our Grade I-listed space, crafted by Sir John Soane in 1826, welcomes up to 750 standing guests or 300 seated for banquets in the main hall, where Georgian arches frame every moment of your event. The magic begins in Soane Hall, where colored light streams through original stained glass windows, casting ever-changing patterns across the intricate mosaics. We've hosted everything from grand wedding receptions to corporate galas here, and the acoustics, originally engineered for worship, now carry speeches and music with remarkable clarity throughout the space. Our sophisticated lighting system dances across the historic walls, allowing you to set the perfect mood as day transitions to evening. Upstairs, The Galleries flood with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an ideal setting for cocktail hours or more intimate celebrations. This versatile space accommodates 120 seated guests or 300 standing, and many clients use it brilliantly for pre-dinner drinks before descending to the main hall, creating a natural flow through our historic building. Our in-house catering team crafts menus to suit every palate, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options ensuring all your guests feel welcomed. We provide full WiFi coverage, air conditioning throughout, and you're welcome to bring your own DJ or curate your own playlist through our sound system. A lift serves all floors, ensuring easy access for everyone. Just moments from Great Portland Street Station on our own quiet island in Marylebone, we're licensed until 2:00 AM for those celebrations that deserve to run late.
