The Opal Room transforms the lower ground floor of Loop Bar into your own private Mayfair hideaway, where black leather booths wrap around the walls and chandeliers throw golden light across sleek black tables. We've designed this semi-private space for groups who want something special, whether that's a milestone birthday, engagement drinks, or client entertainment that needs to impress. Our island bar dominates the centre of the room, fully stocked with everything from classic cocktails to local craft beers. Your guests can order directly from our bartenders without leaving the party, and we keep the kitchen running late if you need burgers, fish and chips, or bar snacks to keep everyone going. The plush leather booths give groups their own corners to catch up properly, while still being part of the bigger celebration. When you're ready to turn things up, our dedicated DJ booth and professional sound system come into their own. We've watched countless parties shift from cocktails and conversation to proper dancing as the night progresses, with our lighting creating just the right atmosphere. The space holds up to 350 guests for standing receptions, though we find it works brilliantly for anything from 50 people upwards. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Bond Street's night tube just minutes away on foot. Our Dering Street location puts you right in the heart of Mayfair, surrounded by bars and restaurants if anyone wants to continue the party elsewhere. We work on minimum spends rather than hire fees, keeping things flexible for your budget and group size.
