The Pavilion and Edgson Rooms work together beautifully at our riverside location, where Thames water actually flows beneath part of the building. These interconnected spaces give you flexibility most venues can't match, with the Pavilion accommodating up to 150 for seated dinners or 300 guests for standing receptions, while the Edgson provides a more intimate setting or brilliant breakout space. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap completely around both rooms, meaning your guests catch river views from every corner. We've hosted sunset wedding receptions where the golden light off the Thames created natural decoration, and corporate parties where teams watched rowing crews glide past during cocktail hour. The Pavilion extends over the water itself, creating that rare sensation of being suspended above the river. Our Edgson Room opens onto a full-length covered balcony running along the riverfront, where guests naturally gravitate with their drinks. We've installed proper effects lighting and speaker systems specifically for dancing, positioned so the music stays contained, letting other guests chat comfortably in quieter zones. The open-plan design means we can completely transform the layout, whether you want round tables with crisp linens for formal dining, theatre-style for presentations, or cleared floors for proper dancing. Both spaces come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and full AV capabilities for speeches or background music. The building sits level with Pimlico Gardens, making access straightforward for all guests, with Pimlico station just minutes away on foot. As a working boating base, we can arrange watersports activities as part of your celebration if you fancy adding something different to the usual party format. The neutral palette and modern finishes throughout both rooms mean your chosen theme takes centre stage, whether that's elegant wedding flowers or bold corporate branding.
