Fifteen floors up, the Garrard & Blumfield Suite spans 182.6 square metres of flexible meeting space where Birmingham's skyline becomes part of your event backdrop. We've hosted everything from product launches for 170 people to board meetings for 50, and the room adapts beautifully to each configuration. Natural light pours through the windows throughout the day, though our electronic blackout blinds create the perfect environment when presentations demand it. The contemporary carpet patterns and neutral furnishings provide a professional canvas that works equally well for training sessions, conferences, or corporate celebrations. Our HD screens and audiovisual equipment integrate seamlessly into the space, while high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. What makes this suite particularly versatile is how we can divide it into two separate rooms. Teams often book one half for breakout sessions while keeping the larger space for plenary meetings. Each section maintains its own AV capabilities and can host 70 in theatre style or 50 for dining. The full suite accommodates various layouts: 170 theatre-style, 150 banquet, 120 cabaret, 60 classroom, or 48 U-shaped, depending on your requirements. The 2.2-metre ceiling height creates an open feel without being overwhelming, and we position furniture to maximise both comfort and interaction. Our venue sits right where Birmingham's business district meets Broad Street, with Five Ways station a short walk away and New Street providing connections across the country. We handle the technical details, from microphone placement to lighting adjustments, letting you concentrate on your content and delegates. The fifteenth-floor location means minimal street noise, creating a focused environment for decision-making, learning, or team building.
