The red accent wall catches your eye first in our Conference Room, where we've hung an eclectic collection of artwork that seems to spark conversations before meetings even begin. Up to 15 people can gather here comfortably, with natural light streaming through the large windows overlooking the canal, creating an atmosphere that feels both energising and focused. We've kept the original wooden beams exposed overhead, which adds character while our modern furnishings handle the practical side of things. The ergonomic chairs actually support you through those longer sessions, and we can arrange the tables in boardroom, classroom or U-shaped configurations depending on how you prefer to work. Teams often tell us they appreciate this flexibility, especially when switching between presentations and collaborative workshops. The canal views through those windows do something special during meetings. We've noticed how the water seems to help thoughts flow more freely, particularly during afternoon brainstorming sessions when the light hits just right. A whiteboard stands ready for capturing ideas, and we'll set up a flat screen whenever you need one for presentations. Our communal kitchen sits just down the corridor, where you'll find the coffee machine that keeps everyone fueled. The filter coffee flows freely in your meeting room too, because we know how essential that second (or third) cup becomes during intensive sessions. Between sessions, the lounge areas offer space to decompress or continue conversations more informally. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Newbury station just a 10-minute walk away and free parking available for those driving in.
