We've found this setup works particularly well for interviews, team workshops, and those crucial relationship-building sessions where every voice needs to be heard clearly. Light wood paneling runs along the walls, while overhead, our grid lighting system provides even illumination without harsh shadows, something our regular bookers particularly appreciate during video calls. The 49" LED display pairs with our HD camera and video conferencing setup, making hybrid meetings run smoothly whether half your team is here or joining remotely. We've equipped Fair Oaks with both a whiteboard and flipchart, recognising that different teams work differently. Some prefer digital presentations on the screen, others like to sketch ideas on the board, and many use both. The space adapts to your working style rather than forcing you into ours. Practical comfort matters in longer sessions, so alongside our climate control, we keep fresh tea, coffee and water readily available. It went very well!!
Lovely service, competitive staff, good service of the technologies provided (internet, TV, etc.), on top of that they offered us coffee facilities for free! :)
We were so happy that we might be moving our offices to this place.
