The Graham Bell holds a unique place in our venue's history, as this very room witnessed the first telephone call made in London. Today, we've transformed this ground floor space into one of our most intimate meeting rooms, where up to eight colleagues can gather around the polished round table for focused discussions and decision-making. The original telephone replica sits proudly among carefully chosen antiques, reminding visitors of the pioneering conversations that once took place here. A crystal chandelier casts warm light across the beige-draped table and comfortable chairs, while two generous windows overlooking Dover Street fill the room with natural daylight. We've installed adjustable Roman blinds so you can control both lighting and privacy throughout your meeting. The decorative fireplace creates a particularly welcoming atmosphere during winter months, though our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. We know connectivity matters, so complimentary Wi-Fi runs throughout the space, allowing seamless presentations and video conferences. The elegant wallpaper and thoughtfully placed furnishings strike a balance between professional functionality and the warmth of a private club. When you need extra space, The Graham Bell connects directly with The Lord Byron Room next door. This flexibility works brilliantly for breakout sessions or when your boardroom meeting transitions into pre-dinner drinks. The room accommodates various configurations: eight for boardroom or classroom style, ten for intimate banquets, or up to fourteen guests for standing receptions. Our Mayfair location puts you moments from Green Park station, with the West End's restaurants and theatres within easy walking distance. Many groups appreciate being able to step out for a quick break in the park or continue conversations over dinner at one of the neighbourhood's renowned establishments.
