We're particularly proud of The Orient Suite, our most impressive meeting space that captures the true spirit of Victorian grandeur. The room opens up beneath soaring ceilings decorated with original moldings, where our restored chandeliers catch the light streaming through century-old stained-glass windows. Our venue has hosted everything from boardroom sessions for 50 to theatre-style presentations for 110 delegates. The marble pillars and grand fireplace create natural focal points that help break up the space, whether you're arranging cabaret seating for 56 or a U-shaped configuration for 44 participants. For more formal occasions, we can accommodate 80 guests for banquet dining or 100 for standing receptions. The suite comes fully equipped for modern meetings with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, integrated projection facilities, and our bespoke audio-visual system. We've installed individually controlled air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. Natural light floods the space during daytime meetings, though the chandeliers create an equally impressive atmosphere for evening events. Being right beside Victoria Station gives your delegates easy access from across London and beyond. Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey sit just minutes away for those wanting to explore between sessions. Our in-house catering team prepares everything from working lunches to formal dinners, with menus tailored to dietary requirements including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options. Recent feedback highlights how our concierge team goes out of their way to ensure smooth events, helping with everything from initial setup to last-minute requests. The space benefits from step-free access, and we have 348 guest rooms available for multi-day conferences or when delegates need overnight accommodation.
