Room 102 & 103 sits on the first floor of our venue, where Borough Market's morning bustle filters through the windows as your team settles in for the day ahead. The movable partition between these two spaces gives you options we find particularly useful for training days: start with everyone together for presentations, then split into smaller breakout groups without anyone having to relocate. The natural light here changes throughout the day, bright and energising for morning strategy sessions, softer as afternoon workshops wind down. We've furnished the space with comfortable red chairs that our regular clients tell us make all-day meetings much more bearable, and the neutral walls mean your presentations pop on the flatscreen TVs mounted at both ends. Capacity-wise, we can arrange the room several ways depending on your needs. Theatre style fits 60 delegates comfortably, while cabaret layout for 40 works brilliantly when you want teams collaborating at tables. For board meetings, we set up for 28 around our modular tables, or create a U-shape for 20 when you need everyone facing each other for discussions. The tech setup includes high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works with multiple devices, climate control you can adjust yourself, and plenty of power points positioned where you need them. Our first floor location means you're away from street noise, and the lift provides easy access for anyone with mobility needs, with accessible facilities on the same level. Our kitchen team can deliver refreshments directly to the room, from working breakfasts to afternoon tea, all prepared using ingredients from Borough Market below. Being just minutes from Borough Station and London Bridge makes getting here straightforward for teams coming from different offices across London.
