We've designed this room for up to 18 people in theatre layout, though most teams prefer the boardroom setup for 10, which creates a more collaborative atmosphere around our central meeting table. The geometric patterns on our frosted glass walls catch the morning light from the corridor, creating an interesting interplay of shapes that our regular clients often comment on. We've chosen ergonomic chairs that actually support you through those longer strategy sessions, paired with a table that's just the right height for both laptops and notebooks. Our projector works reliably (we check it before every booking), and there's a flipchart for when ideas need to flow freely. The room connects seamlessly with our larger Connect Event Space, so you can use it as a breakout area during bigger conferences or keep it as your private meeting hub. We've installed proper teleconferencing equipment that picks up voices clearly from every seat. The self-serve tea and coffee station sits just outside, and yes, it's unlimited. Our in-house catering team can bring lunch directly to the room, and if your session runs late, we're licensed to serve drinks until midnight. The building's position means you're a short walk from both Moor Street and Snow Hill stations, and we keep parking spaces free for all bookings. Our lifts and wide doorways make the space fully accessible, something we considered carefully when designing these rooms.
