Those geometric patterns on our carpet catch the morning sun perfectly through Work + Play 3's floor-to-ceiling windows. We've watched countless presentations come alive on the 60-inch screen mounted on the wall, while teams settle into the deep blue chairs around our polished wooden boardroom table. The room shifts shape depending on what you need. Yesterday we had 60 people in theatre rows for a product launch, today there's a U-shaped setup for 15 executives deep in strategy discussions. The natural light through those sheer curtains keeps everyone alert, though we can dim things down when presentations require it. Our Wi-Fi reaches every corner, strong enough for video conferences with multiple participants. We include everything to keep your meeting flowing: unlimited tea and coffee, three rounds of homemade snacks (the brownies disappear fast), and a proper buffet lunch. No need to interrupt momentum by sending people out to find food. The artistic wall designs spark more conversations than you'd expect, especially during those coffee breaks. The space works brilliantly for training sessions with 20 in classroom style, or board meetings with up to 24 around the main table. We've hosted everything from quarterly reviews to creative workshops here. The cabaret layout fits 35 comfortably when you want roundtable discussions with a central presentation area. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Piccadilly station and the Gardens tram stop both within a short walk. Our regulars particularly appreciate how they can arrive straight from the train and be in their meeting within minutes. After your session, Manchester's business district spreads out around us, perfect for continuing discussions over dinner or drinks nearby.
