Those red chairs make quite the statement when you first walk into Meeting Room 15+16, providing a burst of energy against the warm wood panelling that lines our walls. We positioned this generous space on the eighth floor to capture the best of the natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can watch the rhythm of London life below while keeping focused on the work at hand. The room comfortably seats 26 people around our long boardroom table, though we find it works just as well for smaller groups who appreciate the extra breathing room. We've mounted a large presentation screen on the wall and equipped the space with video conferencing technology that connects reliably, whether your colleagues are joining from downstairs or halfway around the world. The high ceilings, part of David Chipperfield's original design, give everyone room to think, while practical touches like the coat rack and side tables keep the space uncluttered during longer sessions. Our guests regularly tell us they love the inspiring views and how the room feels like a treat to work in. The combination of natural daylight and modern lighting means you stay alert through afternoon workshops, and those comfortable chairs actually support you properly through back-to-back meetings. We're three minutes' walk from King's Cross St Pancras Underground, with St Pancras International just twelve minutes away if you need to catch the Eurostar after your meeting. This room suits everything from formal board meetings to creative workshops and team strategy sessions. The professional atmosphere helps serious discussions flow naturally, while the contemporary design keeps things from feeling too stuffy.
