Our Stonehenge meeting room brings eight people together around a solid wooden boardroom table, where countless strategy sessions and team meetings have unfolded over the years. We've positioned comfortable ergonomic chairs to keep everyone focused during those longer discussions, and the room's compact size creates an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally between colleagues. The abstract artwork on our walls adds unexpected bursts of colour against the neutral backdrop, something our regular clients often comment on as a nice touch. While this particular room doesn't have windows, we've found the enclosed environment actually helps teams concentrate without the usual office distractions. The overhead lighting keeps everything bright and clear for presentations or detailed document reviews. We see this space used for everything from job interviews to project kick-offs, board meetings to training sessions. The boardroom layout works perfectly for face-to-face discussions, though we can arrange the room classroom-style when teams need to focus on presentations or workshops. Eight people fills the space comfortably without feeling cramped. Being part of our venue just off the M4, your attendees won't struggle to find us, and there's plenty of parking available. The retail park next door means grabbing lunch or coffee between sessions is straightforward, and we've got three hotels nearby for any out-of-town colleagues. Our 24-hour CCTV keeps the building secure, so evening meetings are never a concern.
