Our Charter Room sits on the first floor with those wonderful tall windows framing Westminster Abbey and Dean's Yard below. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, and we've watched countless productive meetings unfold here as the Abbey's bells mark the hours. The room works beautifully for different setups. We can arrange it boardroom-style for 16, theatre-style for 25, or create an intimate dining atmosphere for 12. The soft patterned wallpaper and chandelier give it character without being distracting, while the 75" LED screen handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences with ease. Our technical team has equipped the Charter Room with all the connectivity you'd expect: complimentary WiFi, web-streaming capabilities, and live broadcasting facilities. The screen is positioned perfectly so everyone can see clearly, regardless of where they're seated. We've also ensured full wheelchair accessibility and installed efficient air conditioning, because comfort matters when you're trying to focus. What really sets this room apart is its position in our venue. You're surrounded by centuries of history, yet working with completely modern facilities. The view over Dean's Yard provides a peaceful backdrop that our regular clients particularly appreciate during longer sessions. Being just minutes from Westminster tube station means your attendees can easily reach us from anywhere in London. Our catering team can arrange anything from working lunches to formal dinners in this space. They know exactly how to serve discreetly during meetings or create something more elaborate when the occasion calls for it. The Charter Room may be one of our smaller spaces at 30.5 square meters, but it's perfectly formed for board meetings, interviews, training sessions, or as a breakout room when you're using our larger spaces.
