Our M1 meeting room sits on the upper floor of what used to be Carillion's headquarters, where we've created a productive space that works particularly well for board meetings and team workshops. The room comfortably seats 12 people around our white conference table, with ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable even during those longer strategy sessions. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV gets plenty of use for presentations, and we've found the setup works brilliantly for video conferences too. While the frosted glass panels give you complete privacy, they still let the space feel open and connected to the energy of our workspace. The contemporary ceiling lights keep everything bright and clear, which our members tell us makes a real difference when reviewing detailed documents or working through complex proposals. The soft beige walls and patterned grey carpet create a calm backdrop that helps people focus on the task at hand. We've designed the room to be distraction-free, with all the technology built in so you can concentrate on your meeting rather than wrestling with cables or connections. Our reception team can help set up any AV requirements beforehand, and they'll arrange refreshments if you need them. Being just five minutes' walk from Wolverhampton station means your attendees can easily reach us by train, and those driving appreciate our on-site parking. The location just off the ring road makes it simple for people coming from different directions across the West Midlands. After particularly intense sessions, some groups take advantage of nearby West Park for a debrief walk, or continue discussions over lunch at one of the local restaurants our team can recommend.
