Our Full Event Space transforms from morning conference to evening networking venue with just a few adjustments to the furniture layout. The colourful circular panels overhead catch the morning light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, while the mix of black and white seating keeps things professional yet comfortable for your delegates. We've configured this room countless times for different purposes. For large presentations, we arrange theatre-style seating for 100 guests facing the built-in stage. When clients need more interaction, the cabaret layout works brilliantly for 56 people around tables, perfect for workshops where teams need to collaborate. The classroom setup accommodates 40 participants with writing space, which training providers particularly appreciate. The technical setup here removes the usual event day stress. Our projector, flatscreen TV and PA system connect easily to your devices, while the stage gives speakers a proper platform. We keep the Wi-Fi robust enough for everyone's laptops and phones simultaneously. The space adapts well to different event types, from product launches where companies showcase new offerings, to strategy sessions where leadership teams need privacy, to networking events where professionals mingle freely. Beyond the main room, we offer breakout areas when groups need to split for discussions. The business lounge can be added to your booking when you need somewhere quieter for attendees to make calls or hold side meetings. We're right by City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations, so your guests won't struggle to find us. The venue includes disabled access throughout. Catering works flexibly here. Bring your own refreshments, hire your preferred caterer, or we'll connect you with our regular suppliers who know the space well. Water stations are already included. The natural daylight and contemporary design create an atmosphere that keeps energy levels up throughout your event.
