Our conference rooms occupy a prime position between Marylebone and Fitzrovia, where three adaptable spaces can function independently or combine to create one fluid meeting area. Each morning, we configure these rooms based on what our clients need, whether that's three separate boardrooms for concurrent sessions or one larger space for company-wide presentations. The U-shaped setup proves most popular for workshops, seating 40 comfortably with clear sightlines to both the presenter and fellow participants. For larger presentations, we arrange theatre-style seating for 60, while boardroom configurations accommodate 30 around our modular tables. The classroom layout works particularly well for training sessions, with space for 16 attendees to spread out materials and laptops. Natural light fills the rooms throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during long sessions. We've installed flatscreen TVs at strategic points so everyone can see shared content clearly, and our PA system carries voices effortlessly across the space. The wireless presenting setup means you can move around freely while controlling your slides, and our whiteboards and flipcharts remain ready for spontaneous brainstorming. Temperature control matters more than people realise in meetings, so we keep the air conditioning responsive year-round. The rooms stay refreshingly quiet despite our central location, helping maintain concentration during intensive discussions. Our storage areas handle coats, bags and presentation materials, keeping the meeting space uncluttered. Getting here takes minimal effort with Oxford Circus, Regent's Park and Baker Street stations all nearby. Level access runs throughout our venue, with accessible facilities on every floor and lifts connecting all levels. Our kitchen team prepares refreshments on-site, accommodating dietary requirements with advance notice. The Wi-Fi infrastructure handles multiple devices without dropping speed, essential when entire teams need simultaneous connections.
