Through the floor-to-ceiling windows of The Swans Room, morning light catches the polished surface of our oval boardroom table, creating the perfect backdrop for focused discussions. We designed this space specifically for those smaller gatherings where every voice matters—board meetings where decisions get made, interviews where you need to read the room, or training sessions where genuine interaction happens. Twelve delegates fit comfortably around our wooden table in boardroom style, each settled into properly supportive chairs that won't leave anyone shifting uncomfortably by lunchtime. For less formal occasions, we can accommodate up to 16 guests reception-style, letting conversations flow more freely while people mingle. Your presentation tools are already here waiting: projector mounted and ready, whiteboard gleaming, flipchart standing by for those breakthrough brainstorming moments. When discussions heat up, our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, though many groups prefer throwing open the doors to let fresh air drift through—something you won't find in most conference facilities. Between sessions, your team has full access to our health club facilities. A quick swim or gym session can work wonders for afternoon productivity, and it's all included in your booking.
