Our Hanover Suite sits on the lower ground floor, away from the street noise but flooded with carefully designed lighting that keeps the space bright and welcoming. We've kept the décor deliberately neutral, working with soft tones and plush carpeting that lets your event take centre stage. The room comfortably holds 100 people theatre-style, though we regularly reconfigure it for boardroom discussions, cabaret networking, or classroom training sessions. The beauty of this space lies in its flexibility. Without fixed furniture, we can transform the layout between your morning workshop and afternoon presentation, or shift from daytime conference to evening reception without missing a beat. The adjoining catering area means coffee breaks flow smoothly, and lunch service doesn't interrupt your momentum. We've installed everything modern meetings demand: reliable Wi-Fi that handles everyone's devices, AV equipment including a large screen and projector for presentations, plus a PA system that ensures clear audio throughout the room. The air conditioning actually works (we check it obsessively), and the lighting adjusts from bright working conditions to something softer for evening events. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're just off Princes Street, with the tram stop a two-minute walk away. Your attendees can grab coffee at the shops nearby, and there's proper parking for those driving in. The lower ground location means step-free access from our lift, making the space fully accessible. Our events team has seen it all, from product launches requiring complex tech setups to training days needing multiple breakout configurations. We handle the logistics while you focus on your content. In-house catering means the food arrives hot and on time, whether that's working lunches or more elaborate dinner arrangements.
