Meeting Room 1 & 2 offers the kind of flexibility that makes planning easier, with generous space on the ground floor that adapts to however you need to work. The industrial heritage shows through in the exposed ductwork overhead, while modern lighting keeps everything bright and focused during those long strategy sessions. Natural light pours through the large windows, which our regular hirers tell us makes all the difference during full-day workshops. We've arranged the room with rectangular tables and comfortable black chairs that you can configure differently depending on your needs. For presentations to larger groups, we can accommodate 40 people theatre-style. When you need more interaction, the cabaret setup works brilliantly for 25 participants, while boardroom arrangements seat 18 comfortably around the tables. The U-shaped configuration fits 15 and works particularly well for training sessions where everyone needs clear sightlines. The carpeted floor helps with acoustics and adds warmth to the industrial aesthetic, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. We've installed a flat-screen TV for presentations, and our free Wi-Fi runs reliably throughout the space, so remote participants can join seamlessly. The room's position on the ground floor means step-free access from our main entrance, supporting our commitment to accessibility. Being part of our converted factory building, the space benefits from our eco-friendly heating and cooling systems, keeping temperatures comfortable year-round. Between sessions, participants often grab coffee from our on-site café or step out onto one of our roof terraces when they need fresh air. The convenient transport links nearby mean your attendees can reach us easily from across the city, whether they're coming for a two-hour meeting or an all-day workshop.
