The Holyrood Suite puts twelve people around an oval white table in what feels like the best kind of Edinburgh office space. Our venue sits in a proper granite building right between Princes Street and George Street, so your lunch choices range from quick sandwiches to proper sit-down meals, all within walking distance. The room gets brilliant natural light through its main window, which makes morning meetings feel less like a chore. We've kept the space simple but functional, with comfortable black office chairs that won't leave you fidgeting after hour two. The mounted flatscreen TV handles presentations without fuss, whether you're sharing quarterly figures or walking clients through proposals. What works particularly well here is the flow between formal and informal. The meeting room opens near our breakout areas, so when you need five minutes to regroup or want to continue conversations over coffee, you're not trudging through corridors. The building's original features, those high ceilings and period details, give the space character without making it feel stuffy or old-fashioned. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Both Waverley and Haymarket stations are an easy walk, and we're right in the New Town so buses stop practically outside. The secure bike storage and proper shower facilities mean cycling in is actually practical, not just theoretically possible. We've found the room works brilliantly for everything from board meetings to training sessions. The oval table shape means everyone can see each other properly, which matters more than you'd think for workshops or strategy sessions. External catering is welcome if you want to bring lunch in, and our reception team can point you towards reliable local options.
