The Raglan Suite sits on the first floor of our Victorian building, where daylight pours through the large windows throughout your meeting. We've found this natural brightness helps keep energy levels up during those longer strategy sessions and workshops that our regular clients book with us. This particular room works beautifully for groups of up to 15 people. Most teams prefer the boardroom layout for 12, though we regularly reconfigure the space into classroom style for training sessions or U-shape for presentations where interaction matters. The contemporary chairs we've chosen provide proper support for day-long meetings, something previous guests have specifically mentioned they appreciate. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, while the neutral décor creates a calm, professional backdrop for your discussions. We've added touches of artwork to the walls and selected a patterned carpet that brings subtle energy to the space without being distracting. The room comes equipped with an LCD projector for presentations, and our complimentary Wi-Fi extends throughout, so remote participants can join seamlessly. Being on the first floor means easy lift access from reception, and we're just minutes from your arrival point whether you've walked from Queen Street station or parked in one of our 55 spaces. Our events team sets up your preferred layout before you arrive and remains available throughout the day for any adjustments or technical support you might need. Coffee breaks happen right outside the suite, or we can arrange full catering in our restaurant downstairs. Many groups book overnight stays in our 142 bedrooms, turning their meeting into a proper team retreat with dinner in our bar afterwards. The Victorian features throughout our venue, from the stained glass to the period details, create a distinctive setting that stands apart from standard business hotels.
