Suite 7 gives you a private space away from the main conference floor, perfect when you need a more intimate setting for focused discussions. We've designed this room to work hard for smaller groups - whether you're running a board meeting for 12, a training session for 10 in classroom style, or a presentation for up to 20 in theatre layout. The neutral walls and carpeting create a calm backdrop that won't distract from your content. We've installed an LCD screen that connects easily to laptops, plus there's a flipchart for those who prefer to sketch out ideas old-school style. You'll find plenty of power sockets around the room, so no one needs to fight over charging points during longer sessions. While Suite 7 doesn't have windows, we've carefully planned the lighting to keep energy levels up throughout the day. The air conditioning adjusts to your preference - we know how uncomfortable it gets when meeting rooms turn into saunas or freezers halfway through important discussions. When you need to dim the lights for video content or presentations, the blackout controls put you in complete control of the ambiance. Our venue sits just a short walk from both Exeter Central and St James Park train stations, making it straightforward for your attendees to find us. The shared breakout area on our conference floor provides space for coffee conversations between sessions, while our restaurant downstairs serves proper meals when you need more than just biscuits to fuel your team. We regularly see Suite 7 used for strategy sessions, training workshops, team briefings and client presentations. The adaptable layout means we can set up the room exactly as you need it, whether that's a U-shape for 8 people to encourage discussion or banquet style for 7 when you're combining work with lunch.
