We've set this first-floor room with an oval table at its centre, creating a natural flow for conversation between up to eight people. The large window draws plenty of daylight through the vertical blinds, keeping everyone alert during those longer strategy sessions. Our teams particularly appreciate the flexibility here. The folding divider connects to the adjoining Tyne Valley room, so when your meeting grows or you need breakout space, we can quickly adapt. We've furnished the room thoughtfully, with comfortable seating around the main table and a separate lounge area with armchairs where informal conversations often continue after formal discussions wrap up. The flat-screen TV on its mobile stand connects easily to laptops for presentations, and we position it wherever works best for your group. Small touches make a difference too, the patterned rug underfoot softens acoustics while the potted plants bring life to the professional setting. During breaks, most groups head downstairs to Valley Coffee, our in-house café that opened in 2019. It's become the venue's social hub, where delegates grab fresh coffee and often find their best ideas emerge during casual chats. Our kitchen team coordinates with the café to provide catering that suits your schedule, from working lunches to afternoon refreshments. Getting here is straightforward, with good transport connections to Bamber Bridge and Preston, plus plenty of parking spaces available. The room sits on our first floor, accessed by stairs.
