We've kept the design simple - black chairs, plenty of table space, and a wall-mounted screen that makes presentations straightforward. The room works particularly well for strategy sessions and team meetings. We've mounted a whiteboard on one wall and keep a flip chart ready for when ideas need capturing quickly. The conference phone sits centre-table for bringing remote colleagues into the discussion. While we don't have dedicated video conferencing equipment in this particular room, the screen connects easily to laptops for sharing documents and presentations. Being an interior room, Queens offers complete privacy without the distractions of street noise or passing foot traffic. The lighting keeps everyone alert without being harsh, and the temperature controls work independently from the rest of the floor. We find teams often book this space for confidential discussions, interview panels, or focused project work where concentration matters. The location on Mann Island means your attendees have straightforward access. Lime Street station sits half a mile away, with regular services to Manchester and London. If people drive, they'll find several car parks within a five-minute walk, and the M53 and M62 motorways are under six miles from the building.
