The Winchester Suite offers a refined space where board meetings flow naturally around our polished wooden conference table. We've furnished this 50-square-meter room with comfortable blue seating for up to 18 colleagues in boardroom style, though we can reconfigure the layout to accommodate 30 for presentations or 20 in classroom format. Natural light brightens the warm, neutral tones throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that keeps teams energised and focused. Our LCD display and flip chart stand ready for your presentations, while the spacious table provides plenty of room for laptops, documents, and the inevitable coffee cups that fuel productive sessions. When you need to shift from boardroom discussions to training workshops, we simply rearrange the furniture to suit your needs. The space works equally well for U-shaped layouts hosting 16 participants or theatre-style seating when you're presenting to larger groups. Some clients even use the Winchester Suite for small receptions, taking advantage of its professional yet welcoming atmosphere. During breaks, your team can stretch their legs in our hotel corridors or grab refreshments from The Larder Bar, where barista-made coffee keeps everyone sharp. After particularly intense strategy sessions, many groups appreciate having our LivingWell Health Club on-site, complete with pool and steam room for unwinding.
