We've kept this space deliberately intimate, creating the kind of environment where ideas flow naturally and everyone's voice gets heard. The room sits within our converted church building, and while it doesn't have the grand windows of our main spaces, we've made sure the lighting keeps everyone alert and engaged throughout your session. Those framed pictures on the walls? They're conversation starters in their own right, often breaking the ice before meetings even begin. We know technology can make or break a small meeting, so we've equipped the room with kit that actually works. The Logitech Conference Camera captures everyone clearly for hybrid meetings, while our Jabre Bluetooth Speakers ensure remote participants feel part of the conversation. Need to sketch out ideas? There's a flipchart ready to go, plus reliable Wi-Fi that won't drop out mid-presentation. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with plenty of parking spaces available and public transport links nearby. The building can feel like a bit of an adventure to navigate initially (those church conversions always are), but our team will point you in the right direction. Previous guests have mentioned they wished they'd had clearer directions beforehand, so we now make sure to send detailed instructions with every booking confirmation. The boardroom setup works brilliantly for everything from confidential discussions to creative brainstorming sessions. You're welcome to bring in your own refreshments, and the space functions perfectly as a private breakout room if you're using our larger facilities too.
