The Grantchester Room offers a refreshing change from typical corporate meeting spaces, with its colourful plush seating arranged around polished tables that immediately signal this isn't your average boardroom. We've designed this space to comfortably host up to 22 delegates in boardroom configuration or 15 in our popular U-shaped setup, which many clients prefer for training sessions and collaborative workshops. Your presentations will come to life on our large smart plasma screen, while the flipchart stands ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. We keep the room stocked with stationery supplies and provide still and sparkling water throughout your session. Fast Wi-Fi runs throughout the space, so remote participants can join seamlessly or teams can access cloud-based resources without interruption. While the Grantchester Room doesn't have windows, we've carefully designed the lighting to keep everyone alert and focused. The contemporary chandelier creates warm ambiance without glare on screens, and the patterned wallpaper adds visual interest that helps maintain energy during longer sessions.
