The upper-level position of the Itchen Suite creates a sense of privacy that many of our regular clients specifically request. We've watched countless productive sessions unfold in this naturally lit space, where daylight streams through the windows to keep everyone alert and engaged throughout even the longest strategy meetings. At 5.80 by 4.20 metres, the room strikes that perfect balance between intimate and spacious. We can configure it for 14 around our boardroom table, arrange classroom style for 8 participants who need desk space for laptops and materials, or set theatre style when you need seats for up to 30. The U-shaped layout works brilliantly for 12 people during training sessions where interaction matters most. Our wall-mounted LCD TV gets plenty of use, whether teams are video conferencing with colleagues abroad or presenting quarterly figures. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during those intense afternoon brainstorming sessions, and we've noticed how the neutral décor helps maintain focus without distractions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. The M3 and M27 are both just minutes away, which our London-based clients particularly appreciate. Southampton International Airport sits only 2 miles from our doors, making those early morning flights manageable, whilst the city centre is a short 4-mile journey. The woodland setting here in Chilworth provides a refreshing change from typical business districts, and that small flight of stairs to reach the suite adds to the sense of stepping away from daily distractions. The 2.80-metre ceiling height gives the room an airy feel that prevents any sense of being boxed in during long sessions. We regularly host everything from confidential board discussions to skills workshops here, and the flexible furniture means we can transform the space between morning and afternoon sessions when needed.
