The black walls and linear ceiling lights in our Lansdown Suite create an atmosphere that works equally well for corporate presentations and celebration dinners. At 364 square meters, this is Bath's largest purpose-built conference facility, and we've configured it for everything from 400-delegate product launches to 250-guest charity galas with those gold candelabras catching the light just right. Our events team particularly appreciates the suite's partition wall, which lets us create two distinct spaces when clients need breakout rooms or want to separate their drinks reception from the main event. The built-in stage and dance floor have hosted keynote speakers, award ceremonies, and plenty of first dances over the years. Those bright orange theatre seats might seem bold, but delegates consistently tell us they're surprisingly comfortable for all-day conferences. Getting equipment in couldn't be simpler with our street-level loading entrance and private access road, something production companies love when they're bringing in exhibition stands or AV gear. The suite transforms completely depending on your needs: cabaret style for 180 with good sightlines to the stage, theatre rows for 400, or rounds of ten for more intimate networking. Natural light streams through the windows during daytime sessions, though the blackout options work perfectly for presentations. Our in-house AV system handles most requirements, from wireless microphones to projection mapping for product reveals. The adjoining spaces work well for registration desks or coffee breaks, keeping everything contained within the same area. Bath Spa station sits just minutes away, making this an easy journey from London or Bristol. After your event, delegates often mention they've walked to the Roman Baths or explored the city center, both practically on our doorstep.
