We've designed this space specifically for smaller groups who value both privacy and comfort, with capacity for 12 delegates in U-shape or 10 around our boardroom table. The room benefits from generous windows that bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally. We've chosen soft, muted tones for the décor, paired with comfortable seating that keeps everyone focused during longer sessions. The light-coloured walls and carpeting contribute to the calm, professional environment our regular clients particularly appreciate. For presentations and collaborative work, we've installed a flatscreen TV alongside reliable Wi-Fi throughout. The technology integrates seamlessly into the room without dominating the space, so you can switch between digital presentations and traditional discussions effortlessly. Our in-house catering team can arrange working lunches, coffee breaks, or private dining if you'd like to continue conversations over a meal. What makes Dunsfold particularly effective for board meetings and strategy sessions is its position on the second floor, removed from the main flow of our venue. This natural separation creates the focused environment many teams seek when tackling important decisions or sensitive discussions. The Surrey Hills views provide a refreshing backdrop during breaks, with many groups taking advantage of our 26 acres of gardens for informal conversations between sessions.
