The Florence Nightingale Room sits on one of our upper floors, where ten people can gather around the polished wooden table for focused discussions. Through the generous windows, you'll see the leafy canopy of Cavendish Square's trees, a view that changes with the seasons and brings a sense of calm to even the most intensive strategy sessions. We've installed an 85-inch 4K Ultra HD screen on the wall, positioned so everyone has a clear view without craning their necks. The Yealink videoconferencing system connects directly with Microsoft Teams, which our technical team can help you set up before your meeting begins. The round table arrangement means everyone faces each other naturally, creating better conversation flow than traditional rectangular boardroom setups. The room's Georgian proportions give you space to move around during presentations without feeling cramped. We've kept the original architectural details while adding modern touches, the soft green carpet picks up the colours from the square outside, and the neutral walls provide a calm backdrop for concentration. A sideboard runs along one wall where we can arrange your refreshments, whether that's morning pastries or afternoon snacks prepared by our kitchen team. The flipchart stands ready in the corner for those who prefer sketching out ideas by hand, and our WiFi runs on a dedicated business line to handle whatever your team needs to share or download. The natural light really does make a difference during long meetings, though we have adjustable lighting for darker winter afternoons.
