The Lemon Room brings a refreshing energy to business meetings with its bright yellow accents and thoughtful design. This boardroom sits within our Orchard Building, away from the main hotel's daily activity, giving your team the focused environment they need. Fourteen delegates fit comfortably around the sleek oval table, each in leather chairs that make longer sessions more bearable. We've watched countless productive meetings unfold here, from strategy sessions to training workshops. The room adapts well to different setups too, with classroom style for 10 or U-shape configurations for the same number when you need more collaborative layouts. Above the decorative fireplace, you'll spot our lemon-themed artwork, a playful nod to the room's name that always gets people talking during coffee breaks. While we don't have windows in this particular space, the combination of ceiling lights and wall sconces keeps everything bright and energising throughout your day. Everything you need comes included: LCD TV with HDMI cable for presentations, flipchart with pens, plus notebooks and stationery ready on the table. We keep iced water and sweets available too, those small touches that help maintain concentration during intensive sessions. I would recommend the Belmont Leicester as a meeting venue, its a charming hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff. the room was perfect and very good value.
