Our ground floor Ctrl room transforms from an intimate workshop space to a buzzing conference venue at the flip of a switch. With 320 square meters to play with and those 4-meter high ceilings, we've created a space that breathes whether you're hosting 30 or 330 people. Natural light pours through the large windows, keeping energy levels up during those all-day sessions. We've equipped Ctrl with two massive 3m x 5m projection screens, because we know nothing kills momentum faster than people squinting at tiny slides from the back row. The high-spec rear projection system means your presentations look crisp from every angle, while our comprehensive AV setup includes all the microphones, loudspeakers and comfort monitors you need to keep everyone engaged. For hybrid events, we've installed three HD cameras throughout the room. Your remote participants get multiple angles and crystal-clear audio, making them feel part of the action rather than awkward observers. The flexible layout works brilliantly for different formats: theatre-style fits up to 330 delegates, while cabaret setup (162 people) encourages networking and collaboration. Need a classroom layout? We can accommodate 158 with proper desk space for laptops and notes. Behind the scenes, you'll find a sunny backstage area where speakers can prep without the pre-presentation nerves of being watched. The en-suite bathrooms and dedicated reception area mean less queuing, more networking. We know you might want specific catering for your event, so bring your preferred suppliers or work with our in-house team. Just minutes from Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations, your attendees won't struggle to find us.
